CaRaVaN is Beijing’s newest hub for elegant soul food, cocktails and live music.
Tucked in the old diplomatic area of Beijing’s Jianguomen neighbourhood, it aims to be a premier destination for all things fun and culture in the Capital. It’s the vision of two different people merging cultures from the Sahara to the Gobi.
CaRaVaN’s cuisine is a bridge between Moroccan and Cajun dishes. The menu, created by Badr, reflects his love and appreciation for both cultures and their traditions. It’s soul food and it’s meant to make your tastebuds dance.
We love wine and enjoy drinking a couple of glasses (or bottles) with our meals. We want folks to be able to do the same and complement their meal with some awesome reds or whites without breaking the bank. Our Selection is diverse, well curated and priced to go.
Liu Miao has spent 9 years as one half of 2 Kolegas, one of Beijing’s most respected live music venues. He’s also the drummer for Whai and Lidong. His rich experience in the field will no doubt translate on the CaRaVaN stage.
It’s all about culture and fun. With beautiful big walls, CaRaVaN will host exhibitions from some of our favourite artists in the Capital.
